SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in the United States can take 2 to 5 business days after your order has been accepted by USPS. Please check your tracking number. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your shipping label has been created.

Sonho Celeste is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the tracking number has been given. In this situation, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS and filing a claim for their stolen or lost package.

Returns Policy

If an order is damaged upon delivery, the customer is to send a picture of the damaged items to 

info.sonhoceleste@yahoo.com with the order number within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 business days. Refunds take up to 7 business days.

Clearance Policy

All clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
